Every item in the OTEMBA STORE is a custom, made-to-order product — crafted individually after you place your order, based on the size and design you select. By producing only what's needed rather than manufacturing in bulk, we aim to minimize our impact on the environment. While it takes a little time from production to delivery, we hope you'll enjoy that wait as part of the process of bringing your order to life.
- Orders are typically delivered within approximately 5–16 business days from the time of order confirmation, including production and shipping.
- Packaging is kept minimal and eco-conscious — no excess wrapping, just your order.
- Gift wrapping is not currently available.
