Shipping policy

Shipping Countries
We currently ship to the following countries: Japan, the United States, Canada, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. We are unable to ship to other countries or regions at this time. Please confirm shipping availability before placing your order.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is currently included in the product price. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Production & Dispatch
All OTEMBA products are made to order. To minimize our environmental impact, production begins only after your order is confirmed. We hope you'll enjoy that wait as part of the process of bringing your order to life.

Dispatch Origin & Packaging
Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner's facility. The shipping route and carrier are automatically selected based on your region and stock availability. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Packaging materials are kept to a minimum to reduce environmental impact. Please note that minor damage to outer packaging during transit does not qualify for return or exchange.

Delivery Timeframe
As all items are made to order, orders are typically delivered within approximately 5–16 business days from the time of order confirmation, including production and shipping. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your shipping region and the items ordered.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that it may take a few days after production is complete for a tracking number to be issued.

Address Changes & Order Cancellations
As production begins promptly after your order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate address changes or cancellations once production has begun. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

Undelivered Packages
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please follow the redelivery instructions left by the carrier. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or extended absence, reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer. If we do not hear from you within 30 days of being notified of the return, we reserve the right to dispose of the package at our discretion.

Delivery Delays
Delays of a few days up to approximately two weeks may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, customs clearance, international logistics congestion, address issues, or system errors. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
As orders are shipped from overseas production facilities, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country, including Japan. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt. The amount and applicability of customs duties vary by country and region. Please note that if customs duties are refused, the package will be returned and no refund will be issued.
